Main responsibilities of the board

Develops the society’s long-term development strategy and oversees its proper implementation.

Makes key decisions to improve the society’s effectiveness, ensure financial transparency and strengthen its organizational structure.

Helps expand the foundation’s reach by strengthening ties with international organizations, public authorities and the private sector.
04Approving grants and projects
Reviews the society’s grant programs, research and innovation projects, assessing their effectiveness and relevance.
05Increasing the society’s social impact
Promotes friendship and trade, investment, scientific and cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and Finland, enhances Uzbekistan’s international standing, and facilitates international cooperation and information exchange with public organizations.
