As part of the “Friendship” Festival, an international scientific and practical conference dedicated to this topic was held at the Center for Islamic Civilization in Tashkent.
The conference was attended by representatives of the diplomatic corps, international organizations, government agencies, academic circles, national cultural centers, and compatriots living abroad, as well as the Executive Director of the Uzbekistan–Finland Friendship Society and N. Islamov, Head of a Department at the University.

The conference addressed issues related to strengthening interethnic harmony, developing people-to-people diplomacy, expanding cooperation with compatriots living abroad, and taking cooperation between government bodies and civil society institutions to a new level.
